Tuition Policy

Payments made after June 1 must must be in the form of a certified bank check, money order, cash or VISA /Mastercard. Registrations received after June 1 must be accompanied by full payment. No personal checks will be accepted for tuition balance after that time. Students may not attend without the tuition paid in full.

 

For applications received less than 30 days prior to May 1, 2013, balances are due 30 days after receipt of your registration packet or prior to the start of the session, whichever comes first.

 

* Costs are in U.S. Dollars and include room, board and all program costs. Travel to and from the program and snack/souvenir money is extra.

** If you are applying to the first Advanced Session July 7-19, 2013 and are appyling to receive college credit for this session, addtional fees apply. Visit the College Credit page for more informaiton.

 

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Because this is an educational program, many students qualify for local scholarships and community support. Consult guidance counselors or local reference librarians for suggestions.

 

AIO offers a limited number of scholarships for each session. These funds are allocated at the discretion of the Executive Director based on two teacher recommendations and a written statement by the student. Contact the executive director for additional information and availability.

 

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts are available for families sending multiple students to AIO.
